Yun and I traveled to Massachusetts this weekend to visit an old friend of hers. Most of our time was spent in the car. Plenty more rain and traffic. We stayed on another lake and did some kayaking. I did another of my sketches of twigs and berries.

mmm sounds like a nice little break despite the rain/traffic. i'm looking forward to a two week vacation beginning next tuesday, hoping to get massive amounts of drawing time in!

I love the serene and detailed images recorded - completely at odds with imagining dense traffic - rain can be a good thing for drawing and reflection. I'm inspired to keep recording detail. Glad you had a good w/e ..
