In One Ear

GW is deciding what the new course in Iraq will be. Only problem is, he's the dude who screwed up the last thousand important decisions that had to be made. The whole world has spoken. It's over, let's get out. He's about to tell us, we are all wrong. He knows better. More troops. Try to save his legacy. Stall for time until he and Cheney are out of office. Blame it on someone else. Now we have to watch this fiasco too. Will these last two horrible years please be over quickly. I'm not sure the world can withstand it.

I agree but I don't think he'll ever get off the hook for going into Iraq no matter how it turns out. (Mind you, he's proof that anyone can be convinced of anything if you say it often enough.)Great sketch, you caught his weak and weezley look exactly.

great portrait. After read what you wrote, I saw again the sketch and I noticed how pathetic is his glance.

So many nice details in this composition! I like how you chose to only add color to the American flag pin on his right side, the subtle indication of a lapel on his left... And most of all I like how all the terrifying information is going one ear and is totally lost going out the other. Two years...wow, that is SO depressing.

Yes, the situation is very depressing... I concentrate on the drawing instead, that's great. I so much love this style.
Happy New Year for you Tommy!

And the same can be said for George W.Gump's poodle - our own dear Prime Minister Tony Blair. He's just waiting for the day that he is out of office so that he can wash his hands of the sorry mess. BTW brilliant drawing!

And yeah you really captured that vacant look of his.
